Exhaustion. Overwhelm. Depletion. Stress. Mental health. These words have become common in our vocabulary over the last 3 years. And for good reason. Many of us are bursting at the seams, and cannot cope with what’s going on. If you can identify with anything mentioned, you may be experiencing burnout. We know that many people are experiencing this right now, in various forms. How do we navigate it effectively?
