Caregiver Support

It’s important to stay connected to your own well-being while you are providing care. Supports are available for you, as a caregiver.

The Ontario Caregiver Organization provides counselling, peer support, and other programs to support your well-being.

The University’s Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), offers a variety of no-cost services and supports to all staff, faculty, and librarians and their dependents. In addition to providing referrals to caregiving supports and guidance in navigating systems, EFAP provides short-term counselling and wellness programs for you.

U of T students have access to U of T TELUS Health Support, a 24/7 remote support service that provides communication with professionally trained counsellors.
