Sometimes we all need someone to talk to. There are a number of counselling services available at the University of Toronto and in the community that provide support for students, staff, faculty and partners as they work through various personal challenges. This page provides a comprehensive list of services that you may be able to access.
Please note: for academic or financial counselling, students should contact their registrar’s office or their academic department.
